John Pearse was responsible for teaching a generation of music lovers how to play guitar, and his brand of acoustic guitar strings are everything you’d expect and more from such an iconic musical figure. Not long after that, he became a sought-after session guitarist, and in 1978 he moved to the United States to design music products for the C.F. Martin Company. John Pearse offers five series of acoustic guitar strings – 80/20 bronze, nickel, Nuage, phosphor bronze and silk/phosphor bronze. 

 80/20 bronze wound and silvered plain steel sets come in seven different gauge ranges from extra light to medium, including a bluegrass gauged set.
